The Nine Years

Your life does not run in a straight line. It runs in nines.

Every nine years the same nine kinds of year come round again, in the same order, and they
have been doing it since the day you were born. One of those years answers a direct question
about money. One of them takes things away, and it comes at the same distance from the first one
every time.

Most people meet all nine without ever knowing which one they are standing in. They start the
big thing in the wrong year, they ask for the money in the wrong year, and afterwards they call
it bad luck.

This book shows you how to work out, tonight, which of the nine years you are in. Then it goes
through all nine and says what each one is for and what to keep out of it. There are pages to
write on, because the counting is yours to do.
