Terms of Service

These terms apply to leo-fortune.com and to everything offered on it. By using the Site, or by
sending any form on it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the
Site.
1. Who may use the Site
You must be at least eighteen years old to use the Site, to send any form on it, or to buy
anything from it. By using the Site you confirm that you are eighteen or older and that the
information you give is your own and is correct.
2. The nature of what is offered
Everything offered on the Site, free or paid, is provided for reflection and entertainment
only.
Readings, almanac pages, hours, dates, written guidance and any object sent with them are not
financial advice, not legal advice, not medical advice, not psychological treatment and not a
substitute for a qualified professional. No result of any kind is promised, guaranteed or
implied. Nothing on the Site should be used as the reason to take, delay or avoid any medical,
legal, financial or personal decision.
You remain responsible for your own choices at all times.
3. The free reading
The free reading is offered without charge and without obligation. To receive it you must
give a first name, an email address, a date of birth and a country, and you must agree to receive
email.
The free reading is delivered by email. Delivery times given on the Site are an estimate and
not a promise. We may decline to send a free reading, or stop sending email, at our discretion
and without giving a reason.
Accepting a free reading places you on the mailing list. You may leave the list at any time
using the link at the foot of any email, or by writing to
contact@leo-fortune.com.
4. Paid items
Some items on the Site are offered at a price. The price shown at the moment of purchase is
the price that applies, in the currency shown at that moment. Prices may change at any time, and
a change does not affect an order already placed.
Payment is taken by an external payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card
details.
Paid items are delivered digitally by email unless the item page states otherwise, and are
normally sent within the period stated on that page. Where a physical object is described as part
of an item, the description on the item page governs what is sent and when.
5. Subscriptions and recurring payments
Where an item is sold as a subscription, the item page states the amount, how often it is
charged and how to end it. A subscription continues until it is ended.
You may end a subscription at any time. Write to
contact@leo-fortune.com with the email address used
for the purchase. Ending a subscription stops future payments. It does not refund payments
already taken, except where section 6 applies.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Digital items are prepared for one named person and are delivered immediately or shortly after
purchase. By buying one you ask for delivery to begin at once and you accept that the statutory
withdrawal period for digital content ends once delivery has begun.
If an item is not delivered, is delivered twice, is charged twice, or is not what the item page
described, write to contact@leo-fortune.com within
fourteen days of the payment. A payment that should not have been taken will be returned in
full.
A refund is not given because a reading did not produce a result, because you disagree with
what it said, or because the events described did not occur. Section 2 explains why.
Nothing in this section removes any right you have under the consumer law of the country in
which you live.
7. Your account of yourself
The material you receive is prepared from the details you give. If those details are wrong, the
material will be wrong, and that is not a fault in the item. Please check your date of birth
before you send it.
8. What you may not do
- Copy, resell, republish or distribute anything from the Site, in any medium.
- Present anything received from the Site as your own work.
- Use the Site to send unlawful, abusive or threatening material.
- Interfere with the Site, its security, or its delivery to other people.
- Use false details, or another person’s details, when sending a form or making a purchase.
We may refuse service, cancel an order or block access where these terms are broken.
9. Ownership
All text, images, page designs, product names and written material on the Site are protected by
copyright and may not be used elsewhere without written permission. The copyright notice at the
foot of every page states the owner.
10. Other people’s sites
The Site may link to pages that are not ours. Those pages are outside our control and we are
not responsible for their content, their products or their handling of your information.
11. Availability
The Site is offered as it is. It may be unavailable, interrupted or changed at any time, and
material on it may be corrected, replaced or withdrawn without notice.
12. Limits of responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, no responsibility is accepted for any loss, cost, damage
or decision arising from the use of the Site or of anything received from it. Where
responsibility cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned.
Nothing here limits responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for
fraud.
13. Personal information
Your information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and
the Cookie Policy. Both form part of these terms.
14. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The version published on this page at the time you use the Site is
the version that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
